Pricing & Payment
Premium features require payment of fees as displayed at checkout. All fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable except as explicitly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You may manage auto‑renewal in your account settings. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro‑rata refunds are provided.
Service Changes
The service may add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. No compensation is owed for modifications.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons. Notice will be provided whenever practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No rights are transferred to you beyond the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.
